These things are increadible for brine shrimp. There is really little visible difference unless you know what you are looking for. They are very active for brine shrimp. They are also very hardy. I have to tell you that we lost power and they survived EXTREME temperature changes from a frigidly cold nights to a sweltering hot day in a matter of hours and then plunging cold again repeatedly for 3 days... I would not suggest trying this as I did lose about half of them compaired to losing almost all of my other instant life shrimp specimens in identical tanks on the same table, and all of my killifish in larger tanks. These are definitely the hardiest and easiest to raise to full maturity. While not as large of some of their fresh water cousins (fairy shrimp) they are easily the largest I have seen of the salt water (brine) species. I live in the USA so it costs more for me to purchase them, but they are worth it.

This is so cheap and really value for money. Its a great way to set up a new underwater wonder land like I did and on a budget! Gives you everything you need and is so well priced I got two. Their quality is so much better than sea monkeys and even more importantly they are way cheaper and the portion sizings are like three to four times the size of crummy sea monkeys - I've had so many bad experiences with sea monkeys dying, that i'm amazed with my positive experience first off with these guys its truly amazing. They are bigger, more of them survive to adults, they live much longer, they are cuter and they are also proud native auzzies. So happy, so pleased I had to write to you!
