How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping and Handling.

Shipping and Handling is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices based on the total weight of the products you have selected. The shipping and handling fees are rolled into one fee for you to select.

Handling Fees
Handling fees include all clerical work associated with the order - including filling out registered post and customs forms, the cost of packaging materials including padded envelopes, bubble wrap protective containers, boxes and costs associated with the actual human resource that goes into packing and delivery to local post box or office.  

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are the exact fee charged by Australia post for delivery to your destination. 

Understanding Shipping Terminology.

Registered (strongly recommended)
Registered shipping means that the item will be signed for at point of delivery. Naturally there are extra handling fees and shipping costs associated with this method. This option works out best when very large orders are made. Basic tracking is also available with this method.

Not registered
Item will not be signed for at point of delivery and no tracking. Although rare, from time to time things do go missing in the postage system. It is your choice to consider the risk with your purchase and not our responsibility in the unlikely event it does go missing.

Flat items

A lot of thought has gone into achieving the most affordable shipping options possible for the budget conscious consumer, therefore all items including hardy animals like Itsy Bitsy Sea Dragons, Billabong Bugs etc, that can be sent in a standard padded envelope nationally or internationally and also fall under the minimum weight (150 g) and thickness (20 mm) for standard mail are marked as "flat items". If purchasing several flat items the over all weight and or bulk may increase to the point where conversion to parcel will be automatically be implemented.

Customs Laws: please be aware of customs law in your own state and or country.


Parcels
All items that fall over the maximum weight or are bulky in nature are regarded as "parceled items" and thus not marked as "flat items".

International

Naturally there are higher shipping fees associated with international shipping. If you live within Australia and see these listed do not select these options.

How each option is calculated and added handling fees?


National

Flat items (not registered)
Handling fee $4 Au
Shipping fee between $1 - $6 Au

Parcels (not registered)
Handling fee $4 Au
Shipping fee $4.20 Au and upwards.

Registered
adds an extra $10 Au handling fee
registration at post office $2.80 Au on top of the original shipping fee.


International

Flat items (not registered)

Handling fee $4 Au
Shipping fee between $2 - $8 Au

Parcels (not registered)
Handling fee $10 Au
Shipping fee between $8 Au upwards

Registered
add an extra $10 Au handling fee
registration at post office $8.50 Au on top of the original shipping fee.

How do I return my product?

When will my order ship?
