Typographical Errors
In the event that a Little Aussie Products product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Little Aussie Products reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Little Aussie Products reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Little Aussie Products shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Little Aussie Products without notice at any time, for any reason. Little Aussie Products's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Little Aussie Products may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Little Aussie Products or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. Money and Payment Policy
Purchase Orders (PO) are allowed only from government agencies, and schools, that are authorized and verified.
We accept payment via credit card, bank(wire)transfer, bank cheques/money orders and pay pal. We do no accept funds by personal cheque.
Returns, Refunds and Replacements
We do not normally issue refunds. However we are always happy to offer replacements for faulty or defective items and components in our kits.
Damaged and Lost Goods Sometimes packages receive rough handling during shipping. If you find your order has been damaged or broken in transit, please contact us to make additional arrangements imediatly. We may ask you to file a damage claim with the shipper so that we can reclaim some funds for the damage they caused. We will then make arrangements for your package to be reshipped ASAP so as to minimize any delay for you in receiving your undamaged merchandise. |
